Although a smaller home, Villa Sunset has all the great finishes of our executive plans, all in a very well designed in a floor plan that makes excellent use of space and flow. Sunshine streams through the glass doors along the side and back of the villa, mixing indoors and out. Windows in the great room and kitchen all open to let cooling tropical breezes flow through and the open plan is perfect for entertaining. Every area has a perfect view of the yard, pool, and covered terrace which is of course, conveniently located just off the great room and kitchen.  Both bedrooms are spacious and have a full bath.
